Introduction

The MgPure Tissue DNA Extraction Kit provides an automated and reliable procedure for extracting genomic DNA from tissues. Up to 30 mg of animal tissue, culture cells, mouse toe clips, mouse tail snips and paraffin-embedded tissue can be readily processed within 60 minutes. Purified DNA can be used in a broad range of downstream applications including genotyping, sequencing, and real time PCR detection. This protocol has been fully validated on Kingfisher Flex and IsoPURE 96. This kit can be adapted to major automation platforms such as Biomek FX, Hamilton Microlab Star, Hamilton Starler and many others.
