Protein Service
Experienced team with successful custom protein expression and purification of >100 proteins, including difficult to express and/or purify proteins. One-stop service from gene synthesis, protein expression, to protein purification.
Next Gen Sequencing
Biomiga operates an Illumina HiSeq 2500 with V4 chemistry, delivering high cluster density and up to 1 TB of sequencing data per run. For smaller projects or workflows that require longer read lengths, we use the Illumina MiSeq. Liquid handling and magnetic processors support high-throughput library prep when needed.
Plasmid Production
Biomiga produces highly purified DNA, including high- and low-copy plasmid grown from bacterial cultures, from small (less than 1000 ug) to large scale (1 mg to 1 g).
Gene Site Saturated Mutagenesis
Biomiga’s site-saturation mutagenesis technology systematically substitutes wildtype amino acids with partial or all 19 non-wildtype mutants.
DNA Library Construction
Biomiga constructs DNA and RNA libraries for next-generation sequencing applications, including DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, and amplicon sequencing. Our team handles every step from sample QC through validated library output, optimized for Illumina HiSeq and MiSeq platforms.
