Next Gen Sequencing
Biomiga has an Illumina HiSeq 2500 with the latest V4 chemistry for improved cluster density and higher throughput of up to 1 TB of sequencing data. For smaller projects or ones that necessitate longer read lengths, we use Illumina MiSeq instrumentation.
When applicable a variety of liquid handling and magnetic processors are used allowing for higher throughput and quality. Equipment includes Hamilton MicroLab STAR, Beckman Coulter Biomek FX, and Qiagen Biosprint 96. Biomiga handles projects from one sample to thousands based upon your project needs.
Quality is key to everything that is done at Biomiga. Our LIMS system ensures that samples are properly received, tracked, record and stored. We rigorously quality check all of our equipment to ensure compliance and have several quality control steps within our processes to deliver the best product.
